Not to Forget Afghan Women and Girls

Join us in urging the President and Secretary of State to take steps to ensure that Afghan women and girls' rights are restored, that sufficient funding will be provided for the rebuilding of Afghanistan and the Ministry of Women's Affairs, that peacekeeping forces will be expanded, that Afghan women and women-led non-governmental organizations will be included in leadership positions in the rebuilding of Afghanistan, and that funding will be provided for food and other humanitarian assistance for internally displaced Afghan women and children and for Afghan refugees in Pakistan.
